Ingredients:
Meatloaf:

lbs ground beef
1
medium onion finely chopped
2
eggs
3
garlic cloves minced

Tbsp ketchup
3
Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
3/4
cup breadcrumbs
1/3
cup milk
1
1/2 tsp salt
1
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4
tsp black pepper
1/2
tsp paprika
Sauce:
3/4
cup ketchup
1
1/2 tsp white vinegar
2
1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1
tsp garlic powder
1/2
tsp onion powder
1/4
tsp black peper
1/4
tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat
oven to 375 degrees F
Combine
meatloaf ingredients. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Gently
press meat and shape evenly.
Bake
for 40 minutes.
SAUCE:
Mix all ingredients. Spread over meatloaf.
Return
to oven and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
Rest
meatloaf for 10 minutes.
